One Central Park is the signature residential stage within the $2 billion Central Park mixed-use development’s substantial 5.8 hectare site located in Chippendale, Sydney. Its gateway quality address, on the southern boarder of the CBD in an established neighbourhood where there’s continuing improvement, infrastructure, and underlying transport, saw Frasers Property Australia acquire the site in 2007 for joint venture development with Sekisui House. An international line-up of eminent planners and architects was assembled to modify a pre-existing master plan.

East Village is Shortlisted in the World Interiors News Awards

Sydney’s East Village project, designed by Koichi Takada Architects has been shortlisted in the World Interiors News Awards 2015.
The building in Zetland, three kilometres from Sydney’s CBD, was opened in late 2014 and its design was inspired by some of the world’s great marketplaces, like New York’s Chelsea Markets and Barcelona’s Boqueria.
The building has a fresh food market, 50 shops, restaurants and cafes, a health club and medical centre.

A $350 million success within 6 hours for the Grand Launch of Infinity by Grown Group
Much like the entire story that has followed the unveiling of Koichi Takada Architects highly anticipated design for Infinity by Crown Group, its Grand Launch this weekend saw an unprecedented amount of interest that far exceeded anyone’s expectations.
Attracting a crowd of over one hundred eager buyers queuing up by 7am to secure their dream home on Saturday morning, the launch saw 105 apartments of the 326 apartments released simultaneously across Sydney, Jakarta, Surabaya and Singapore sold in the first hour.

Grand Launch of Infinity by Crown Group sees 98 per cent of apartments sold, topping $350 Million by 3pm

More than $170 million worth of apartments were sold within two hours at the launch of a new Green Square development over the weekend.
By 3pm, the total value of apartments sold reached $350 million.
The $575 million Infinity by Crown Group development attracted hundreds of chased-up buyers that queued up outside the company’s Market Street headquarters from 7am to snap up off-the-plan homes.
