Newport House is shortlisted in the 2018 Houses Awards

Congratulations to the KTA Team for being shortlisted in the 2018 Houses Awards under the category New house over 200m2.

A retreat hidden under the tree canopy, Newport House is the definition of an Australian Dream House. At 1,600sqm, it is designed with cantilevered terraces that fall water-wards with the site. It has a private beachfront, exists in harmony with nature and offers a balanced lifestyle.

It’s awards season!

As the awards season kicks off, SKYE by Crown Group earned its second accolade on the awards circuit, being shortlisted in the first ever INDE.Awards.

With over 400 entries across nine categories, SKYE by Crown Group is one of eight finalists shortlisted in ‘The Building’ category. Winners will be announced at Indesign Media’s Awards presentation night on 30th June 2017.

Infinity by Crown Group receives Honorable Mention in the inaugural American Architecture Prize

 

Making its debut on the architecture award circuit, the American Architecture Prize (AAP) announced its top prizes this month in New York on World Architecture Day, 3 October 2016.

Created to advance the appreciation of the best in International Architecture for their creativity and innovation, the prize welcomed hundreds of entries across 41 categories in Architectural Design, Landscape Architecture and Interior Design.

Groundbreaking!

Infinity by Crown Group, the latest project from Australian property developer Crown Group, which saw more than $380 million worth of apartments sold in one day last year, has officially commenced construction after its ground-breaking ceremony on 17 March 2016. The ceremony was attended by CEO Iwan Sunito, Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore, Koichi Takada and about 100 VIP guests and media.

The 20-storey landmark building designed by Koichi Takada Architects will be distinguished by its unique looped shape and a large void in its north-facing façade, allowing natural light to penetrate the tower’s 1180-sqm central landscaped public plaza.
