The Prix Versailles has named the retail and hospitality projects set to join its ‘World’s Most Beautiful List’ of 2023. The projects, adding to a list of other typologies unveiled in October, are spread across four categories: Shops & Stores, Shopping Malls, Hotels, and Restaurants.
According to the organizers, each winning project is “a testimony to remarkable architecture and design,” chosen as part of the award series’ mission to highlight architecture “capable of driving intelligent sustainability worldwide, in a way that takes its environmental, social and cultural impact into consideration.”
The winning projects will now compete for the ultimate Prix Versailles 2023 World Titles, to be announced in mid-December. In the meantime, we have listed the latest contenders below in their four typology categories as well as six regional categories.
