Norfolk is a mixed-use residential project that is a sculptural addition to Burleigh Heads in Queensland, Australia. Located on a revered strip of Australian coastline that was largely unaltered for almost three decades, it was vital that the architecture remain respectful while also setting a new benchmark for future developments.
Set within a 1,012 square-meter (10,853-square-foot) site, the north-facing 10-storey structure contains 15 apartments, two rooftop terraces and generous ground floor amenities including a gym, outdoor pool and sauna.
